On the morning of September 11, Ms. Sandra Hollis, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (International), Anglia Ruskin University, led a four-member delegation on a visit to China Jiliang University. The delegation comprised Ms. Ding Lan, Regional Director of the International Office, Mr. Wu Junyi, Regional Manager of the International Exchange and Marketing Department, and Mr. Wu Jiang, Vice President of Beijing Oriental Institute of International Education.
Mr. Lin Jianzhong, Chancellor of China Jiliang University, and Mr. Wang Xiaohua, Secretary of the University Commission for Discipline Inspection, met with the guests in Room A213. The two sides held in-depth discussions on the development of a Sino-foreign cooperative education program for the Financial Engineering undergraduate major, reached consensus, and initialed a cooperative education agreement. The two parties plan to submit the project application documents to the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education by the end of the month. Heads of relevant departments, including the Academic Affairs Office, the International Exchange and Cooperation Office, and the College of Economics and Management, as well as related staff members, attended the meeting.
